The Estacada Municipal Court is a Violations Bureau and holds court every Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Violations Bureau is authorized to accept your plea and may determine if the fine can be reduced based upon your prior driving record and the type of violation you received.
If an individual wishes to plead not guilty, staff will schedule a trial for the violation to be heard in front of the judge. The citing officer will be notified and will attend the scheduled trial. Trials are held every first Wednesday of the month at 1:00 p.m.
We accept cash or check for court payments. Please be advised that billing reminders and statements are not a Court service and failure to pay will result in the suspension of your driving privileges and your case will be assigned to a collection agency – which may increase the amount due.
