Water/Sewer Billing

The City bills approximately 1,400 customers monthly for water, sewer and storm drain fees. The bills are mailed by the last business day of each month and are due by the 20th of the following month. Rates include flat fees for water, sewer, and storm drain, plus a usage fee based upon how many gallons of water are used.

To Start a Utility Account: Please see the supporting documents section below and complete the Application for Utility Services (Water, Sewer, Storm Drain) form (residential or commercial). Once complete, please return the form to City Hall. This can be done in person during business hours, via mail to our PO box listed below, or via email to Billing@cityofestacada.org. Please review our Billing Information document below for more information on our procedures.

The City accepts cash, checks, and credit cards for payment, and also offers an automatic debit option for customers that sign up.

Utility Rates: (based on single family residential)

  • Water $21.00 per month for ¾” meter + $3.90 per 1,000 gallons
  • Sewer $50.00 per month flat fee
  • Storm Drain $6.50 per month flat fee
