Planning Commission Zoom Public Comment Request
Please complete this form in order to speak via Zoom during the public comment period at the Planning Commission Meeting. You MUST submit this form by 10:00 am the day of the meeting in order to register to speak virtually, any submission received after 10:00am the day of the meeting will not be included. Your name in the Zoom field when you join the meeting must match the name listed in this form for you to be allowed to speak. To speak in-person, show up to the meeting and fill out the paper form and present it to staff. The only time deadline for in-person is that the form must be submitted prior to the public comment period on the agenda.
