Estacada Funeral Chapel is the farthest north property within the urban renewal district. The property owner utilized a Facade Improvement grant in order to repaint the buildings.
The Facade Improvement Grant program guidelines allowed for an 80% to 20% cost share for eligible projects, which is what this project received.
