Project Summary
This building, one of Downtown Estacada's largest and home to 5 businesses, was in serious need of a new roof. The old one was leaking, and was also looking quite weathered and worn after a full life.
The project helped pay for the cost of the portion of the roof visible from highway 224, bringing new life and new curb appeal. The building owner paid for the balance of the cost to replace the visible portion of the roof, as well as the sides and rear portions.
