The Wade Creek Community Room (WCCR) is located in the newly completed Phase 3 of Wade Creek Park.
The Community Room is now available to rent. Please complete the WCCR Application.
Community Room Applications can be dropped off to City Hall or emailed to billing@cityofestacada.org

FAQ's about renting the Community Room:
There are 12-6ft long tables and 24 chairs available.
Bathrooms are located on the backside of the building.
You will receive a code before your event to enter the building. No keys to pick up or drop off.
There is a sink in the room but not a full kitchen.
The space is available for up to 6-hour time blocks, longer events will require approval from the City Manager.
There is a deposit required at the time of the booking, this deposit is fully refundable after your event once the checklist has been returned and all rules have been followed.
There are no rental fees for residents inside city limits. Deposits and hourly rates are listed below.
