At the entrance to Timber Park, the City developed a "Portal" in June 2001. It serves as a rest area for people traveling through Estacada to the National Forest and especially on the West Cascades Scenic Byway. It is provided as a stopping place for travelers to take a short break from driving, relax, have a snack, or use the restroom. Please help keep this rest area available to all by using it as it is intended, and by following the posted rest area rules.
*The Portal is accessed by continuing straight on NW Industrial Way rather than turning left on Tulip (The Portal Rest Area is not shown on Google Maps)
