Wednesday, July 26, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the Estacada Public Library Flora Room.Create a Chibi (small) toucan bird using colorful natural wool fibers. Sharp needles are used. For ages 10 and up, pre-registration required, 20 spots. Registration will open July 5. Call Estacada Public Library at (503) 630-8273 or stop by to register.
