The City of Estacada is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide comprehensive Economic Development/Project Assistance Services. The selected contractor will play a pivotal role in managing the Economic Development Commission (EDC), assisting with governmental infrastructure projects, facilitating public engagement on infrastructure, urban renewal, and economic development projects. The City aims to foster economic growth, create living wage jobs, and enhance the overall prosperity of the community.
Proposals must be received by May 1, 2024 at 5:00 pm (PST). The desired start date of this work is June 11, 2024.

A: We had a short term contract for starting up the Economic Development Commission. The current vendor is Healthy Sustainable Communities.

A: It has a not-to-exceed price of $10,000.

A: No.

A: One.
Q: Is there a local preference?
A: We will expect occasional in-person meetings with businesses. While we do not have a local requirement, we will expect any vendor to come to Estacada several times a year.
