The City of Estacada is accepting proposals from qualified firms for the development of a Housing Needs Analysis in accordance with Oregon’s Land Use Planning Goal 10. To accomplish this task, the City of Estacada is seeking to hire a consultant to perform tasks outlined in the Scope of Work. Responses must be received in writing or via email, clearly titled “Proposal for Housing Needs Analysis”, by Friday, March 12th, 2021. Proposals received after this date will not be accepted.
