The City of Estacada is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide comprehensive Economic Development/Project Manager Services. The selected contractor will play a pivotal role in managing the Economic Development Commission (EDC), managing governmental infrastructure projects, facilitating public engagement on infrastructure, urban renewal, and economic development projects. The City aims to foster economic growth, create living wage jobs, and enhance the overall prosperity of the community.
