The City of Estacada is pleased to announce a request for letters of interest from qualified contractors to provide tourism promotion. Tourism promotion is a valuable economic development tool which can grow businesses and provide new jobs. We anticipate the need for additional promotion as the recovery from Riverside Fire continues. In order to gauge interest, the city is requesting letters of interest from qualified agencies and contractors. Interested parties would be evaluated for qualifications and may be invited to submit a proposal.
The letter of interest should include:
- General contact information,
- Familiarity with the Estacada region and the tourism offerings,
- Familiarity with regional partners,
- Experience related to the tourism industry,
- A copy of a completed tourism campaign complete with quantitative analytics.
Letter should be no larger than 10 pages. Completed letters can be emailed to Melanie Wagner, City Manager. The deadline for submissions is August 17, 2023.
The opportunity is open to any independent contractor, agency, non-profit, or for-profit business located within Clackamas County.
