Contact Person Phone Number EmailAn invitation to bid for a project of the same name was published in the month of March. That bidding process concluded with a rejection of all bids. This is a new round of bidding for a project of the same name, with a revised scope of work.
The City of Estacada (the “City”) invites qualified, licensed, bonded, and insured general contractors to submit sealed bids for the above identified public works project. Needed interior and exterior renovation work includes the demolition and disposal of various existing interior improvements, full interior fit-out including electrical, plumbing and equipment and fixture installation, and installation of a new storefront façade, and related lighting, masonry, paint, and other architectural details. The selected contractor will furnish all material and subcontractors necessary to complete the project. The project site is in downtown Estacada (194 SE 4th Ave, Estacada, OR, 97023).

This project is a public works subject to ORS 279C.800 to 27C.870. All contractors and subcontractors will be required to comply with the applicable provisions of state and federal prevailing wage requirements pursuant to ORS 279C.830.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements.
