The Flora Community Room is available for rent to non-profit community groups and organizations that exist for educational, cultural, intellectual or civic benefit of the Estacada community.
Applications can be returned to the library. Full payment of deposits and fees are expected at the time of booking to confirm your event. Reservations may be made at least two weeks and up to 60 days in advance.
Fees & Deposits
- Non-Profit and Community Organizations: $5 per hour
Public events cannot collect money for admission, donations, or fundraising. Promotion of future profit-making or money-raising events is not allowed. - For-Profit Businesses: $40 per hour
For-profit is defined as an entity whose primary goal is to earn income. Meetings allowed include staff or training meetings. Other uses may be allowed at the discretion of the Library Director. - Cleaning and Damage Deposit: $50
Renters are responsible for any damage to the building, furniture and fixtures that occur during your rental period. A fee of $25.00 will be deducted from the Cleaning and Damage Deposit if the Community Room is not left in good condition as specified on the Event Checklist/ Deposit Return. - After-hours Deposit: $50
If your event starts or ends when the Library is closed, a designated user will need access codes for the key safe and security alarm. After-hours users will schedule a time with staff for instruction.

- Size: 900 sq. ft.
- Small kitchenette with sink.
- 20 tables and 52 chairs provided in storage closet.
- Large glass sliding doors open to the Labyrinth patio with benches.
- Public restrooms are located in the lobby.
- Technology: Wi-Fi is enabled in the room.
Equipment
- In-Focus projector and screen. Users must bring their own laptop for connection to A/V equipment.
- Widescreen TV with DVD player
- Additional equipment and supplies may be available for check-out by library card holders.
