Overview:
The rehabilitation of 342 S. Broadway will restore one of Estacada’s oldest downtown buildings, originally constructed in 1905 for the Estacada Telephone & Telegraph Co. and later serving as the city’s first long-standing post office. The project includes a full-scale restoration of the building’s façade and interior, converting the space back into a functional live/work unit.
