Prepped Ace Hardware and Chapmans' entrances.

April 22nd Traffic Interruption:
Scheduled from 7 am to 5 pm.
S&W Underground and Global Electric will:
Demolish and remove existing concrete crosswalk areas at 3rd Avenue.
Install conduit for future crosswalk signaling enhancements.
April 22nd - April 26th
Demolished the existing concrete crosswalk area at 3rd Ave and the concrete island on Main Street.
Completed the installation of the remaining 1 ½" conduit supplying the RRFB's, along with the ¾" conduit crossing 3rd Ave.
Sidewalks were poured in front of State Farm, half of the Level 11 frontage, and the ADA ramp at the SE corner of 4th Ave by LaRusso.
Lowered the irrigation vault at Ace Hardware.
Prepped sidewalk areas for upcoming concrete work.
Focused on temporarily paving the trenches created on Monday.
Started foundation transition work at Yo Treats, with additional attention required.
Planned activities include placing 12" storm lines to connect various catch basins along the west side of Main Street.
Global Electric will be onsite to pour RRFB foundations and the metered pedestal base.

Completed conduit/irrigation installation.
Addressed potholed water main at 3rd Street.
Rectified curb issues identified in Phase 2.
Poured half of the concrete entry into the City Hall parking area and one full entry into Conoco.

S&W Underground worked on upsizing the water lines and trenching areas for electrical, irrigation, and sidewalk installation.
Striving to keep one side of the road open as much as possible to allow traffic flow.
On-street parking in front of Yo-Treats may be unavailable temporarily as they work.
Concrete chipping work was underway on 3rd Street.
The waterline installation is nearing completion and is expected to wrap up by the end of the month. There may be a brief interruption in water service. This will affect Dollar General, Yo-Treats, Backroads Beauty, and City Hall. S&W Underground will be reaching out to the owners of these businesses ahead of time to coordinate and minimize disruptions.
Demolition work starting from Yo-Treats and extending to the end of Main Street, where it meets the highway, commenced. To ensure safety, temporary pedestrian fencing was installed along the affected areas. Access to the bus stop will remain available throughout the process.
Curbing installation started on the 16th.
The Trimet bus stop was reopened on February 16th.
Conduit and trenching work for streetlights commenced the 19th, from Yo-Treats to City Hall.
Progress has been made with curb installations, and additional concrete work is slated to begin soon, particularly at the driveway by McCrae's and Kristy's food truck. Kindly note that on-street parking may be affected throughout the week due to these activities.
Trenching for electrical purposes will commence on 4th Ave between Kristy's and Yo-Treats. Please anticipate potential traffic impacts while traveling along this route.
Demolition work for Phase 3 (Jeremy Loveless to 4th Ave - heading North) is scheduled to commence towards the end of the month, starting from Jeremey Loveless to Sol Tapatio.
Water service interruption on the 26th. They will be transitioning to the new water line, with work starting in the early morning. This is to ensure businesses can open as normal with minimal disruption to their water services. We apologize for any inconveniences and appreciate your patience. Businesses that will be affected are Dollar General, Backroads Beauty, Yo-Treats, City Hall, Sol Tapatio, Conoco (Chevron), and the Fire Department.

Construction has started, S&W Underground has begun the sidewalk demolition leading from Harvest Market towards Clackamas River Growlers. Temporary fencing and pedestrian access to businesses are in place.
The ADA directly behind Harvest Market and driveway into McCrae's Motel is open to allow residents and medical transport in.
Demolition will continue along Main's West side into early February and then transition to the waterline located in the alley behind Sol Tapatio.
Phase 1 is anticipated to be completely demolished and temporary access in place by early February, but we will update with any changes or delays.
