Yes, water guns or items used to spray are allowed. However, please be considerate and do not use these on spectators that are not showing interest in getting wet. Water balloons or other items that have to be thrown are NOT allowed.
No. Alcohol is not allowed in the parade or along the route.
No, under no circumstances are fireworks allowed during the parade. The Estacada Rural Fire District typically holds a firework display at 10:00PM on July 4th near the high school. See their website for more information.
Yes, pets are allowed in the parade. See fees for pets that will be walking. All pets inside vehicles or trailers will not be charged. Walking animals and pets are required to provide their own pooper scooper.
There are no noise restrictions for floats.
No, there will not be any food or vendors at the event. However, there are several food and other businesses located in the Downtown that may be open. Take a walk and stop by!
No, there will not be restrooms along the parade route. City Hall has a public restroom near the bike plaza or there may be open businesses downtown that might allow restroom use. There will be porta potties located at the staging areas.
