Equestrian and other animal groups will meet to stage at the River Mill School parking lot starting at 7:30AM.
All other individuals and groups will meet to stage at the Estacada High School parking lot at 7:30AM. Floats will meet to stage in the lot by the tennis courts. Other groups (except equestrian) will form in the parking lot in front of the band room.
EARLY ARRIVAL IS NOT ALLOWED. STAGING AREA OPENS AT 7:30AM AND CLOSES AT 9:00AM. Someone must be able to move your float/vehicle at ALL times. Your entry cannot be left unattended.
NO parking is allowed directly in front of the high school (fire lane). Drop-offs are allowed but parking in the spots directly in front of the school entrance is NOT allowed.
