The OMSRG is a competitive grant program administered by Oregon Heritage, part of the Oregon Recreation and Activity Committee of Estacada Department. It supports the rehabilitation, restoration, and adaptive reuse of buildings within designated downtown areas to spur economic development, private investment, and job creation. The City of Estacada is a member of the Oregon Main Street Network through the Downtown Estacada Commission, which qualified the city to apply for this funding.
