- Construction has started, S&W Underground has begun the sidewalk demolition leading from Harvest Market towards Clackamas River Growlers. Temporary fencing and pedestrian access to businesses are in place.
- The ADA directly behind Harvest Market and driveway into McCrae's Motel is open to allow residents and medical transport in.
- Demolition will continue along Main's West side into early February and then transition to the waterline located in the alley behind Sol Tapatio.
- Phase 1 is anticipated to be completely demolished and temporary access in place by early February, but we will update with any changes or delays.
