A public request for proposals was issued in fall 2024. Four projects were submitted and reviewed by the Downtown Estacada Commission. After a public meeting in January 2025, the Downtown Estacada Commission recommended 342 and 381 S. Broadway for funding due to their readiness, community impact, and alignment with downtown revitalization goals.
