- Poured sidewalk areas near Yo Treats
- Installed a new catch basin in front of Level 11 Salon
- Completed pouring the remaining entrance to Conoco
- Initiated the laying of the new storm line along SW Main
April 8th - April 12th:
- Adjusted water main at 3rd Ave. for new storm lines clearance.
- LaRusso completed ¾ of concrete drive work at Sol Tapatio and Conoco drive approaches.
- Demolished two existing catch basins and installed one new catch basin.
- Re-laid crushed rock base for old bus pad.
- Focused on storm work at 3rd Ave.
- Worked on storm and irrigation connections.
April 15th - April 19th:
- Adjusted two 6” water lines near City Hall.
- Installed irrigation valves in the planter area.
- Completed new bus pad and last ½ of the drive at Sol Tapatio.
- Installed new catch basin near Ace Hardware.
- Reconnected storm lines from Ace Hardware parking lot.
- Prepped Ace Hardware and Chapmans' entrances.
- Installed 70’ of 12” storm line in front of City Hall.
- LaRusso was onsite for concrete work at Chapmans and curbs along Phase 4.
- S&W Underground crew installed manhole #5.
- Prepping concrete for sidewalks in front of State Farm and Level 11 Salon.
April 22nd Traffic Interruption:
- Scheduled from 7 am to 5 pm.
- S&W Underground and Global Electric will:
- Demolish and remove existing concrete crosswalk areas at 3rd Avenue.
- Install conduit for future crosswalk signaling enhancements.
April 22nd - April 26th
- Demolished the existing concrete crosswalk area at 3rd Ave and the concrete island on Main Street.
- Completed the installation of the remaining 1 ½" conduit supplying the RRFB's, along with the ¾" conduit crossing 3rd Ave.
- Sidewalks were poured in front of State Farm, half of the Level 11 frontage, and the ADA ramp at the SE corner of 4th Ave by LaRusso.
- Lowered the irrigation vault at Ace Hardware.
- Prepped sidewalk areas for upcoming concrete work.
- Focused on temporarily paving the trenches created on Monday.
- Started foundation transition work at Yo Treats, with additional attention required.
- Planned activities include placing 12" storm lines to connect various catch basins along the west side of Main Street.
- Global Electric will be onsite to pour RRFB foundations and the metered pedestal base.
April 29th - May 3rd
- Wrapped up the 12" storm run from Conoco to City Hall
- Abandoned existing irrigation vault near 3rd Ave
- Potholed utilities in front of Yo Treats
- Started catch basin run from manhole #4 near Yo Treats to Catch basin near Kristy's
- Poured sidewalks in front of Level 11
- Prepped ADA's at NE/NW 3rd Ave
- Roughed in channels on manholes #4 and #5
- Installing manhole #1
- Prepping for final storm runs leading to manholes #2 and #3
- Laid out asphalt cut lines for future work

- The lot adjacent to Sol Tapatio will be cleaned up to divert traffic from the Sol Tapatio drive-through in preparation for future construction work.
