Technology Assistance:
We offer one-on-one appointment to assist with technology needs. Common requests for assistance are learning to use eBooks and eAudiobooks, understanding computer basics, getting comfortable with a new device such as a new smartphone or tablet to more specific instruction such as using Microsoft Office products, setting up and using an email account or filling out an online job application.
We do not assist with virus removal, computer repair and reserve the right not to assist with other topics. When calling to make an appointment, please tell us what device you are using, if applicable, and specific information on what you are hoping to accomplish. Libraries in Clackamas County subscribe to a wide variety of online services, most of which you can access with your library card number and pin from home.

New York Times Free Online for EPL Patrons:
We are happy to share that the Estacada Library is offering free access to The New York Times online using your library card number and PIN. If you need help accessing either of those numbers, please call the Estacada Library at (503) 630-8273. Once you register for free access to the paper online, you will be able to access the newspaper on your device for 72 hours without having to request for access again.
Creativebug for Estacada Patrons:
Estacada Library users now have free access to Creativebug! If you love crafts of all kinds you can now enjoy unlimited access to thousands of award-winning crafting classes on video via our library’s subscription.
By signing up for Creativebug you’ll have access to online art and craft classes that you can watch any time. The classes never expire so you can start and stop projects at your own pace. New classes are added every day.
