The City intends to build a traffic circle at the intersection of River Mill Road and
Eagle Creek Road.
- Provide Engineering services for design and construction of the traffic circle project.
- Provide or subcontract for all required state and federal environmental and
archeological testing and/or permitting. - Provide permitting, design plans and construction specifications for improvement
alternatives identified in the design. - Perform services related to identifying and negotiating necessary easements.
- Perform services related to Bidding, Award, and Construction of the designed project.
- Assist the City in consultation and coordination with State and Federal agencies during
the project. - Provide complete project management for all phases of work undertaken.
Anticipated Timeline:
Bid: November 2026
Award: January 2027
Paving: June 2027
