The Downtown Estacada Commission (DEC) is no longer accepting applications for the 4th of July Parade. The parade is happening July 4, 2026.

Applicant Information:

Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Apply early! Entries will NOT be accepted the day of the event. All entries are final. Parade entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once maximum capacity has been reached, applications will close and no additional entries will be accepted. This is a family friendly event and we kindly ask that all participants refrain from profanity and offensive language.

For the safety of all spectators and in compliance with our permit from the City, NO items are to be thrown from any entires in the parade. You may have walkers alongside your entry who can hand out items to spectators.

NO stopping is allowed once the parade has started, your entry must keep moving along unless there is an emergency.

ENTRY FEE MUST ACCOMPANY APPLICATION. Applications can be submitted online or a paper copy can be dropped off at City Hall or placed in the water bill drop box by City Hall’s front door.

PROOF OF INSURANCE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH EVERY MOTOR VEHICLE APPLICATION. Failure to do so will result in your application being rejected and you will not be allowed to participate in the parade.

You must be in the staging area by 9:00AM to be in the parade. Staging area closes at 9:00AM. Parade starts promptly at 10:00AM.
