City of Estacada - Utility Services & Billing

Utility Rates: (based on single family residential)

The City bills approximately 900 customers monthly for water, sewer and storm drain fees. The bills are mailed by the last business day of each month and are due by the 20th of the following month. Rates include flat fees for water, sewer, and storm drain, plus a usage fee based upon how many gallons of water are used. The City accepts cash and checks only for payment, but does offer an automatic debit option for customers that sign up.

Water	$16.97/month for ¾” meter + $3.18/1,000 gallons
Sewer	$28.50/month flat fee
Storm Drain	$5.45/month flat fee
