| Sadie has worked for the City since September 2004. She is responsible for accounts receivable, bank deposits, municipal court, Parks & Recreation Commission, mail distribution and greets all customers in person and on the phone. |

Tom has worked for the City since May of 1987. Tom directs and assists Public Works Utility Workers in the maintenance of water lines, sewer lines, streets, parks and storm drainage systems. He also oversees the City’s Code Enforcement. As Public Works Director, Tom ensures that the City’s infrastructure is in the best possible repair based on the budget that is allotted. |

| |
Dave has worked for the City since March 1996. He oversees the operation of both the water and wastewater treatment plants including pump stations, lift stations and reservoirs. Dave is basically in charge of turning the water from the Clackamas River into water fit for consumption. He then oversees the processing of all wastewater and makes sure it meets DEQ standards before it is returned to the Clackamas River.

| Melanie has worked for the city since January 2009. She is responsible for assisting the City Manager with day to day operations of the city, and other projects as assigned. She also assists the Estacada Urban Renewal Agency. |
