| Mayor Arnold began on the City Council in January, 2003 and is the current City of Estacada Mayor. She has served as the Treasurer for the Estacada Chamber of Commerce, and she has also served on the Parent Committee for the Estacada High School Music Department for two years. She works as an accountant here in Estacada. |
| |
| Mayor Arnold wants to help develop Estacada into a community that is capable of supplying all the needs and demands of its citizens and visitors. She also wants to work with groups interested in creating educational, social, and job opportunities for our youth. |

| Councilor Conditt is past volunteer for many organizations in the community including the EHS Booster Club, the EHS SAFACT committee, and the River Mill PTA. She served on the City’s Budget Review Committee and was the secretary for the Estacada Public Library Foundation. She enjoys serving in her community. Councilor Conditt has raised 2 children in Estacada. She has worked at Reliance Connects since 2000. |

| Councilor Conditt wants to encourage and support business development and expansion in Estacada. She wants those businesses to offer wages that support families. She supports new housing for all income levels. She wants to see the downtown area thrive and see blighted properties clean up and rebuilt. She wants to see the growth of recreational activities for children and teens. She is also interested in partnering with other government agencies to build tourism opportunities and further the connection with the Springwater Corridor. |

| Councilor Dodrill was elected to City Council office on January 1, 2007. He has served on the infrastructure committee and the budget committee, as well as the board of Estacada TOGETHER and the Estacada Community Foundation. He has coached numerous basketball teams at all levels, assisted with Estacada Youth Football, and has been a Chaplain with the Estacada Fire District for more than 13 years. |

| Councilor Dodrill would like to see Estacada take full advantage of its positive attributes and provide a high quality of life for those who live in the area. He would like to see the growth that must come to Estacada managed well to protect the great quality of life here. |

| Councilor Drinkwine was elected to City Council in January 2009. He also has been involved with a variety of community organizations such as Cazadero Heights Home Owners Association (president), Estacada Area Chamber of Commerce (director), Main Street Design Committee, Estacada Development Association (director), the Tourism Board of Clackamas County (director), Estacada's Budget Review Committee and as council liaison to Estacada’s Arts Commission, Parks and Recreation Commission and Library Board. He co-owns Whitney Signs, a service-related business in Estacada. |

| Councilor Ernst was appointed to the City Council on January 9, 2006 replacing Councilor Stauffacher. He works for PGE as the Manager, West Side Hydro Projects. |

| Councilor Flohr was appointed to the City Council on September 27, 2010 replacing Councilor Ben Wheeler. He has lived in the Estacada area since 1988 serving the community as a pastor, and has organized youth service activities for the City. He also opened The Cone as a youth center at one time. |

| Councilor Flohr is pleased to serve on the City Council because it allows him to be involved on a grass-roots level with the direction of the City. |

| Councilor Scott was appointed to the City Council on September 12, 2011 replacing Councilor James. She works for Westland Realty and enjoys living in Estacada. |
| |
| Councilor Scott believes that the appointment to the City Council will be a good way for her to be involved the community she calls home. In the past she has been an active volunteer with her children’s schools and activities, and she would like to continue to contribute to the community through serving on the City Council. |
