| Congregate Lunch |
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; daily hot lunch is available at the center, mealtime, 12pm. Come early to socialize or enjoy entertainment. You will have two choices each day as to what you will be served. Call for the bus by 10:00 A.M. the day you want the bus to pick you up for lunch. Suggested donation $3.00 for +60 individuals, $5.00 for those under 60. No senior or disabled person will be denied services because of their inability to pay. |

| Two Dollar Tuesday |
Soup and Sandwich every Tuesday at noon, $2.00. Bus runs free within the city limits of Estacada, including Whispering Pines, Grace House, etc. Come join us for lunch and fun. |

| Wednesday Breakfast |
MENU VARIES: Breakfast is served promptly at 9:00 A.M. and usually over by 9:10 A.M. It may be French Toast and Sausage, Scrambled Eggs with taters and bacon, Ham and Eggs, you just never know, and all for only $3.00. You are welcome to stay and visit while cleanup is taking place. The bus is available but arrangements MUST be made the day before. |

| Friday Night Dinner |
MENU VARIES: Chicken Fried Steaks, Root Beer Ribs, and on and on and on. Dinner includes a salad and dessert, all for $7.00. Lots of food and excellent company. |

| Home Delivered Meal |
Monday thru Friday; daily hot lunch can be delivered to your home by a volunteer. Frozen meals are also available as requested for week-end meals, etc., special diets (upon request) donations appreciated. No senior or disabled person will be denied any service because of inability to pay. |

| Local Grocery Shopping |
Wednesday after breakfast, the bus will accommodate your shopping needs. We discourage purchase of large items while shopping requiring heavy lifting by the driver. Again, Suggested donation for transportation is posted in the bus. Call Wednesday morning before 10 A.M. for bus pick up. |

| Monthly Outings |
We offer at least five (5) outings a month. Spirit Mountain is offered each month. Sight Seeing, Lunch Out at a restaurant, shopping at Fred Meyers or a mall, Picnics, etc. Come Play with us. |

| Building Rental |
The Community Center makes a great place to hold an Appreciation dinner, after funeral dinner, 50th Anniversary party, little girls’ tea party, Christmas party, family reunion, high school reunion dinner/dance, you name it. Call for cost and details – 503-630-7454. |

| Client Services |
Assistance with Medicare and Medicaid insurance, healthcare questions, energy program, or if you have other concerns. If you have questions as to your eligibility for services thru the County, call the Clackamas County Senior Service and Disabled Program Screener – 24 hour message – 503-794-8090. Calls will be returned by the end of the next business day. If we don’t have the information you need, we can usually find it. |

Calls can be made to the homebound by request. |

| Transportation |
Daily transportation available to the Community center by request. Suggested donation for transportation information is available from the bus driver. |

A 24 hour hotline available to those who need someone to talk to, 1-800-698-2392. This is not a crisis hotline; it’s an ear if you are experiencing problems and need to talk to someone. |

| American Legion Auxiliary |
Meets the Second Friday of each month at 10:30. Usually they join the seniors for lunch. For more information call 503-630-3811. |

is small but ever changing. Earlean Marsh takes time from her busy schedule to change out the books and replace them with newer ones donated to The Book Nook. |

| Clackamas County Sheriff's Officer |
The “Cop Shop” is located downstairs and always a great place to visit. We enjoy our officers and they enjoy the seniors. |

| Estacada Food Bank |
The Food Bank is located downstairs and has a tremendous load during this time of year. They need volunteers and donations all the time. |

| Estacada Garden Club |

| Foot Clinic |
Bonnie L. Newman, LPN serves the center on the third Thursday of the month, 9:00 to 12:00 A.M. The basic price is $14.00. Call the center to schedule your appointment. |

| Hearing Aid Checks |
Basic hearing test, batteries changed, hearing aids cleaned and repair is offered once a month. Contact Wayne from Able Hearing at 503-239-8918 for more information. |

| Light Aerobics and Light Weight Exercises |
Senior Exercises and Light Aerobics meet at 9:30 a.m. each Monday and Thursday. Everyone is welcome, even if losing weight is not your main goal; it is a good way to stay limber and active. |

Meet each Friday at 1 p.m. in the Conference Room, bring your spinning and wool or your knitting, etc. and join a group of others of like minds. |

| Medical Appointment Transportation |
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS! Call the center at least 48 hours in advance to schedule a ride. We will need the name of doctor or clinic, address and phone number, time of appointment. We must have a current address, emergency contact, birth date and other personal information on each passenger. Respect the drivers. Please do not call their home to see if they are available. Call the Center and we will TRY to find you a driver. If you have a caregiver or someone who will be accompanying you, we need that information also. Please keep in mind that we have only three drivers at the present time; this limits the number of appointments we can schedule. |

The Estacada Community Center comprises two entities: |
- The daily operations, receives some county, state and federal moneys, and from catering jobs, rental of the Center and donations.
- Board of directors consisting of 9 members, called “Friends”. The Friends receives money through membership dues and donations. This money is used for emergencies such as most recently the roof repairs, bus transmission repairs. It also helps meet winter high electric bills (as high as $900.00 p/month) and other bill expenses that necessary to maintain and even operation throughout the year.
To support the Estacada Community Center you can become a member of our center. Membership is vital to our existence and community welfare. There are three types of memberships,

- Supportive……………… $ 60.00
- Sustaining………………. $ 120.00

| Senior Companions |
Senior Companions earn $2.65 per hour to home visit; make weekly phone calls for socialization or to take someone to lunch or on short errands for groceries and other needs. (Mileage is reimbursed as well) Vacation, sick and holiday time are paid. |

| T.R.P. (Transportation Reaching People) |
We need more volunteers to transport the elderly to medical appointments. Could you help us please! We could not do it without our volunteers!! There is mileage reimbursement available. |
