A. Temporary permits shall be issued for the time period specified by the planning commission if all applicable conditions can be met. In no case shall a temporary permit be issued for a period exceeding one year, unless the temporary permit is renewed.
B. Renewal of a temporary permit shall follow the same procedure as the initial application. (Prior code § 10.470(5))
