As used in this title:

“Corporation counsel,” as used in any of the codes prescribing regulations to govern conditions hazardous to life and property, means the attorney for the city of Estacada, Oregon.

“Fire department,” as used in any of the codes prescribing regulations to govern conditions hazardous to life and property, means the Estacada Rural Fire Protection District No. 69.

“Jurisdiction,” as used in any of the codes prescribing regulations to govern conditions hazardous to life and property, means the city of Estacada, Oregon. (Prior code § 9.081)
