Whenever a water customer requires an abnormally large quantity of water, such as for the filling of a swimming pool, arrangements shall be made with the superintendent prior to taking such water. Permission to take water in unusual quantities shall be given only if the superintendent determines that other customers shall not be inconvenienced thereby. (Prior code § 3.075)
