If the superintendent finds that water is being wastefully used by a customer and such use seriously affects the ability of the city to provide water to its other customers, the city may discontinue service to the wasteful customer. The provisions of Section 13.04.110 relating to notice and the right to be heard shall apply to this section. (Prior code § 3.065)
