The applicant shall have the right to appeal the denial of a permit to the city council. A notice of appeal shall be filed with the city recorder within two days after receipt of notice of the denial. The city council shall act upon the appeal at its next meeting following receipt of the notice of appeal. (Ord. 2000-7 § 9: prior code § 6.118)
