Chapter 12.28 PARK USE REGULATION
12.28.050 Reservations.
A. Any group that is from one hundred (100) to five hundred (500) persons
in size that does not meet the requirements for a park permit must obtain a park
reservation. The city shall establish a reservation application in such form as
is specified by the city manager. A single reservation may not extend past
midnight of the day specified in the reservation form.
B. Only the following
designated areas may be reserved:
1. Covered picnic
area;
2. Ballfield;
3. Stage and concrete pad;
4. Volleyball
court;
5. Ballfield picnic area;
6. Those areas designated by the city
manager.
C. A fee shall be charged for each area reserved. All fees will be
set by the resolution by city council and from time to time may be
adjusted.
D. A cleaning and damage deposit shall be collected prior to the
issuance of a reservation. The amount of the deposit shall be set by council
resolution and refundable in the event that the grounds are left clean and
undamaged. (Prior code § 1.629)
