Chapter 12.24 LARGE PUBLIC ASSEMBLIES
12.24.150 Revocation of park permit.
A park permit shall be subject to revocation by the city manager upon such
notice as is reasonably practical under the circumstances upon the occurrence of
any violation of the permit by the permittee. In the event the permit is
revoked, the A manager shall take such action as to him or her appears
reasonably necessary under the circumstances to protect the health, safety and
welfare of the city and its citizens. Such action may include, but is not

notify the public that an assembly has been canceled. Any costs incurred by the
city to protect the health, safety and welfare of the city and its citizens as a
result of the revocation of a park permit shall be paid by the permittee and may
be charged against the indemnity bond posted by the permittee. No portion of the
permit deposit shall be refunded if the permit is revoked pursuant to this
