12.24.150 Revocation of park permit.

A park permit shall be subject to revocation by the city manager upon such notice as is reasonably practical under the circumstances upon the occurrence of any violation of the permit by the permittee. In the event the permit is revoked, the A manager shall take such action as to him or her appears reasonably necessary under the circumstances to protect the health, safety and welfare of the city and its citizens. Such action may include, but is not limited to, any public advertisement deemed necessary by the city manager to notify the public that an assembly has been canceled. Any costs incurred by the city to protect the health, safety and welfare of the city and its citizens as a result of the revocation of a park permit shall be paid by the permittee and may be charged against the indemnity bond posted by the permittee. No portion of the permit deposit shall be refunded if the permit is revoked pursuant to this section. (Prior code § 1.617)
