Each park permit application shall be accompanied by a written fire protection plan approved by the chief of the Estacada Rural Fire Protection District, or his or her designee. The plan must contain the number of persons expected to attend, which number shall not exceed that estimated by the city manager pursuant to Section 12.24.040. The plan shall show the type and location of all fire protection facilities to be provided. (Prior code § 1.613)
