A. The fees for park permits shall be set by council resolution.
B. A cleaning and damage deposit shall be collected prior to the issuance of a park permit. The amount of the deposit shall be set by council resolution and refundable in the event that the grounds are left clean and undamaged. (Prior code § 1.604)
