In addition to any other penalty that may be imposed, sidewalk construction performed in violation of Sections 12.08.010 through 12.08.120 may be removed by order of the council. The adjacent property owner and any contractor doing the construction shall be jointly and severally liable for the cost of such removal. (Prior code § 2.280)
