A. No person without proper authority may wilfully or negligently cut, remove, deface, alter, injure or damage real or personal property of the city within or without the corporate limits.
B. No person without proper authority may wilfully or negligently cut, destroy, remove, injure or damage any plant, flower, shrub, tree or bush growing upon any property owned or controlled by the city within or without the corporate limits. (Prior code § 5.145)
