The commission shall adopt its own rules for the appointment of officers and the number and conduct of its meetings. All meetings shall be subject to the requirements of ORS 192.610 to 192.690. A majority of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business and the concurrence of a majority of those members present shall be required to decide any matter. The commission shall report at least quarterly to the city council of its activities. (Prior code § 1.665)
