Section 1. Title of Enactment. This enactment may be referred to as the "Estacada Charter of 1977."

Section 2. Name of City. The City of Estacada, Clackamas County, Oregon shall continue to be a municipal corporation with the name of "City of Estacada."

Section 3. Boundaries. The City shall include all territory encompassed by its boundaries as they now exist or hereafter are modified, as provided herein: unless mandated by State Law, annexation (delayed or otherwise) to the City of Estacada may only be approved by a prior majority vote among the electorate.
