Bill joined the City of Estacada staff as City Manager, August 3, 2009 after seven years as the City Manager of Sequim, Washington.  Bill also managed several cities in Oregon including Milton-Freewater, The Dalles and Coos Bay after serving ten years in Safford, Arizona.  

 Bill and his wife, Barbara, have also lived in California and Indiana.  With family already in the area (their daughter and five grandchildren in Boring) the call to serve in Estacada was an easy decision.  They have purchased a home in Estacada and hope to be part of the community for a long time. 

Bill welcomes your calls and/or visits at his office in City Hall.

The City of Estacada is comprised of various Departments, Commissions, Boards and Committees.  These groups all work together to ensure Estacada is a well managed city working for you as a citizen or visitor.
