The mission of the Estacada Area Arts Commission is to make the arts a presence in the community, enhance the culture of the community by supporting local artists, connect with larger regional arts organizations, and encourage the arts in education.

• Estacada Summer Celebration - Celebrated annually during the 4th weekend in July, the heart of downtown Estacada becomes filled with live musical performances, dancing, puppet shows, street performers, art booths, a silent art auction, and hands-on art activities for children and families. All this takes place while the ArtBack Artists paint their annual large-scale mural, and it is all free!
• Arts & Culture Series - From January through June, the Arts Commission tries to enrich the community by bringing culturally diverse events to the area  and developing and improving the quantity, quality, accessibility, and affordability of arts and culture for our citizens.
• 1% for Art - The Percent for Art Program remains dedicated to the enhancement of public environments and improvement of the character and quality of city buildings and projects in order to create an accessible, publicly owned legacy which is uplifting, enduring and available to all.
