A. Annexation application
#2007-03. The applicant, Shirley Dunsmuir & neighboring property owners are
requesting annexation of property described as 34E, 21D, tax lots 1300, 1400,
1401, 1500, 1502, 1503, 1600, 1700, 1800, 1801 & 2700 into the City limits
of Estacada. The application includes a corresponding zone change from RRFF-5:
Rural Residential Farm Forest (county designation) to R-1 (low density
residential), consistent with the Estacada Comprehensive Plan. The property is
located north of Cemetery Road and east of the Estacada city limits. The application is subject to the criteria in
Section 16.16, 16.101, and 16.124 of the Estacada City Code and applicable
policies in the Estacada Comprehensive Plan.
B.
Subdivision
Application #2005-6/Time Extension. The
Estacada City Council approved the Byrd’s Nest Subdivision on February 13,
2006. The tentative plan for the 30 lot
subdivision expires on February 13, 2008.
The applicants, Westlake Consultants/Bill Frank, are requesting to
extend the tentative plan approval for two years. The subject property is described as 34E,
28BB tax lot 100, 34E 21CD tax lot 8600 & 8690. The time extension is subject to the criteria
in Section 16.108.050 of the Estacada City Code. The subject property is zoned R-1 and located
at 585 & 701 SE 4th Avenue.
