Council President Arnold opened the meeting.

BROADWAY STREET FIELD TRIP
– UNDERGROUND POWER
The Council and staff toured the Masonic
building. The owner of the building will
be putting in underground electricity and would like the city to work as a
facilitator in dealing with a neighboring property owner that has electricity
from the same source.

The workshop was adjourned at 6:40 pm.
