The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

Jane Troeh nominated Pam Butcher for Chair. Kay Nelson seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Kay Nelson nominated Emil Hnidey for Vice Chair and
Secretary. Richard Hartwig seconded the
motion. Motion passed unanimously.
PUBLIC HEARING – STATE
SHARED REVENUES
Chair Butcher opened the public hearing to discuss
the possible use of state shared revenues.
There was no public input.
Chair Butcher closed the public hearing.
PRESENTATION OF BUDGET
MESSAGE – CM Ealy
B.O. Randy Ealy read the FY 2007-08 budget message and presented the proposed budget. Ealy covered FY 2006-07 highlights and project work, and discussed proposed projects program alternatives for FY 2007-08. It was the consent of the Committee that City Staff- through the guidance of the City Council- recommend which programs are most important to the City and incorporate those into the proposed FY 2007-08 budget.
