Cr. Arnold stated she gave the City Council a report
on recent P&R activity, including that the RFP is almost complete and that
the Commission raised over $1,000 in the yard sale. Steve & Tim will present the final RFP to
the City Council.

Study Follow-up – The Commission discussed a meeting that was held earlier with
the Clackamas River Basin Council regarding

Float – there was discussion regarding focus on fundraising for Park vs. labor
intensive events. The Commission would
like to keep events simple with low maintenance. It was consensus to have P&R be in the
Veterans Day Parade.

REPORT & COMMENTS
The Commission will try to auction off a donated
painting by Robert Lehman, which has an estimated value of $3,000.
Becky reported on a skatepark she visited in
Consensus was to have all signs say “
Commissioner Homan discussed hosting a major event
in Estacada as a fundraising effort. Matt
moved to support researching the pros and cons of hosting the G.P.A.A.
event. Tim seconded the motion. Motion passed 5-1 (
It was consensus not to have a P&R table at the
holiday bazaar on December 2nd.
