Austin opened the workshop at 6:00 pm.

Kay Nelson, Cr. Norm Ernst, Cr. Ben Erickson, Mayor Bob Austin, CM Randy Ealy,
CR Denise Carey.
Absent: Cr. Richard Hartwig.
URBAN RENEWAL REVIEW
Jeff Tashman, Tashman Johnson LLC, informed the
council of the pros and cons of an urban renewal district. He also reviewed the process and involvement
by other districts and the citizens and answered questions from the council.

The workshop was adjourned at 6:45pm.
