PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION WORKSHOP MEETING MINUTES

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 4:00 pm.

Roll Call

Present: Chair Steve Guilliams, Cm. Lisa Homan, Cm. Zoe Miller, Cm. Tim Arnold, Cm. Matt Soots. Absent: Cm. Dianna Turk, Cm. Dennis Dahrens.

Commission Business

The Commission went on a field trip to Wade Creek Park and returned at 5pm. The Commission discussed fundraising ideas including, a flea market at the Wade Creek Park site on September 9, 2006 from 8am -3pm, a silent auction on December 7^th from 5pm – 8pm, and a possible golf tournament in May of 2007, among others.
